As 2U1K MÜHENDİSLİK VE DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, we process your personal data with high care and sensitivity when necessary within the scope of our services and other activities we provide to you. In this respect, your personal data can only be processed with a great sense of responsibility within the scope specified below, in cases where our company has the title of data controller and / or data processor in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), which entered into force on April 7, 2016. This text has been written to inform you about the processing of your personal data and to enlighten you about the principles under which your data is processed.

1. WHICH OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED AND HOW IS IT PROCESSED?

The following personal data (including but not limited to the ones listed below), which you have provided to us and/or which can be updated due to your interest in the services and products of our Company or your use of the products, may be processed.

2. FOR WHAT PURPOSES IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?

  • Providing information and documents requested by business partners and essential for the performance of the work,
  • In terms of suppliers and business partners; contacting potential suppliers and business partners, carrying out contract processes, invoicing for our products and services, analysis and reporting, registering to systems, confirming identity, organizing domestic/overseas visits,
  • In terms of 2U1K employees; Carrying out recruitment processes by 2U1K and third parties, evaluating candidates, creating personnel files, conducting performance evaluations, determining whether they are capable of continuously fulfilling the requirements of the job, carrying out general insurance, private insurance and other transactions of persons working within the framework of the employment contract, managing fringe benefit processes, conducting periodic health checks, carrying out recruitment and exit procedures, planning employee trainings, carrying out rewarding processes, organizing internal organizations, organizing domestic / international visits,
  • It may be processed for the purposes of legal proceedings and for other similar purposes.

In addition, your personal data may be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the secondary legislation provisions related to the aforementioned laws, the obligations arising from the tax legislation and the obligations required by other competent public authorities and other relevant legislation provisions, and may be transferred to the physical and / or electronic archive and information systems of 2U1K and kept both in digital and physical environment.

4. ON WHAT LEGAL GROUNDS IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?

Your personal data are processed for the purposes stated above and in full compliance with the principles specified by the Law in order to fulfill the obligations undertaken by 2U1K in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions and in accordance with the rights and obligations regulated under the law.

5. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data; to learn whether your personal data has been processed, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, In case your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, you have the right to request that third parties to whom personal data is transferred be notified of the transactions regarding the correction of these and/or the deletion or destruction of personal data, to object in the event of an unfavorable result in the event that your processed data is processed exclusively by analyzing it through automated systems, and to request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
